Project overview
Sunshine Women’s Hospital is a leading women’s healthcare center based in Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The hospital specializes in pregnancy care, high-risk pregnancy management, infertility treatments including IVF and IUI, advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, fetal medicine with 3D/4D ultrasonography, and general gynecology. Led by experienced doctors Dr. Kushal Shah and Dr. Bhavik Patel, the hospital serves women across all age groups with a team of qualified specialists, trained nursing staff, and state-of-the-art infrastructure including a modern operation theatre, advanced laparoscopy system, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory. The hospital operates 24/7 and has built a strong reputation among patients in Ahmedabad for compassionate, personalized care at every stage of a woman’s journey.
In the women’s healthcare and infertility space, trust is everything. Patients and families do not choose a gynecologist or hospital the way they choose a product. They do their research, they read reviews, they need to feel that the doctor genuinely cares before they even step through the door. Sunshine Women’s Hospital understood this deeply and wanted to use social media to build that trust actively, not just to gain visibility. At the same time, they wanted Meta Ads that would bring real patients to the hospital, not just impressions and reach. They had already worked with one agency before us that was able to generate numbers on a dashboard but could not convert that into actual footfall. The challenge was clear: create a digital presence that builds trust with the audience and turns that trust into real appointments.
For social media, we took a human-first approach. Rather than posting generic medical content, we focused on what actually builds trust in healthcare, which is real people and real stories. We started posting verified patient reviews, behind-the-scenes content from the hospital, the doctors sharing their genuine thoughts and medical knowledge in their own voice, and educational content that addressed the real concerns and fears of patients dealing with pregnancy, infertility, and gynecological issues. We also brought in relevant offers and announcements to keep the community engaged and informed. For Meta Ads, we moved completely away from the approach the previous agency had taken. Instead of generic awareness campaigns, we ran pain-point oriented ads built around the emotional reality of patients seeking infertility treatment and pregnancy care. We created strong hooks, wrote emotional and heartfelt video scripts that spoke directly to the fears and hopes of the target audience, and designed campaigns that were built to convert viewers into visitors, not just viewers into statistics.
