South Temple Jewellery is a premium ecommerce brand specializing in 1 gram gold-plated South Indian temple jewellery. Trusted by 10,000+ brides across India, the brand offers a wide range of traditional pieces including necklace sets, jhumkas, bangles, maang tikka, kamarpatta, chandbalis, and bridal combo sets. With sacred motifs inspired by Goddess Lakshmi, lotus, peacock, and elephant designs, South Temple Jewellery caters to brides, festival shoppers, and women who cherish cultural heritage. The brand delivers pan-India and operates through its Shopify-powered online store with a growing community of loyal customers.
Despite strong product interest and healthy website traffic, South Temple Jewellery was losing a significant portion of their potential revenue at the cart stage. Their dashboard showed that more than 80% of customers were actively adding products to their cart but leaving without completing the purchase. These were high-intent buyers who had already shown interest but were not being followed up with in any meaningful way. Without a retention system in place, all that warm traffic was simply being lost, with no way to bring those customers back to complete their orders.
South Temple Jewellery connected with us and we implemented AISensy, a WhatsApp marketing automation tool, with a complete end-to-end setup tailored to their ecommerce workflow. We built a full automated flow with smart conditions to specifically target customers who had added products to their cart but had not completed the purchase. These abandoned cart customers were reached through personalized WhatsApp messages at the right time, with the right nudge, bringing them back to complete their orders. In addition to abandoned cart recovery, we also set up re-engagement campaigns targeting their existing customer base, reaching out with new product launches and special offers to drive repeat purchases and build long-term loyalty.
