Project overview
Rebe and Tulip India is a handcrafted Indian fashion brand founded by Sujata Kalra and based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The brand celebrates the richness of India’s artisanal textile traditions by blending heritage craft techniques like Ajrakh, Chikankari, and Phulkari with contemporary silhouettes. Their collection includes elegant Kurtis, timeless Sarees, and customized designs, all crafted with a focus on artisanal quality and cultural storytelling. With a physical store in Vadodara, Rebe and Tulip India caters to fashion-conscious women who value handcrafted clothing that carries a deeper meaning, history, and identity behind every piece.
The Challenge
Despite having a well-established physical store in Vadodara with a loyal offline customer base, Rebe and Tulip India had zero presence on social media. Their beautiful handcrafted products and the rich stories behind their fabrics like Ajrakh and Phulkari were not being seen by any audience beyond their local walk-in customers. Without a digital presence, the brand had no way to reach a wider audience, build a community, or communicate the cultural value and craftsmanship that makes their products truly special.
The Solution
We built Rebe and Tulip India’s social media presence from scratch across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Starting with zero followers and zero content, we established the brand’s entire digital identity and content direction. Rather than simply posting product photos, we took a storytelling-first approach. We created engaging content that went beyond just showcasing the clothing and brought the craft to life, sharing behind-the-scenes stories of artisans, the history and heritage of techniques like Ajrakh block printing and Phulkari embroidery, and the cultural significance woven into each product. This approach helped the brand connect with an audience that genuinely appreciated handcrafted fashion on a deeper level. We also produced dedicated graphics for product showcases, designed platform-specific content, and created an overall content strategy that gave the brand a consistent, recognizable voice across all platforms.

Client Testimonial
When I decided to establish my social media presence for my brand, someone from my friend circle recommended Afnan Shaikh from Pixel Dot Media. Their support and ideas were very good and effective. I recommend Afnan Shaikh to whoever wants to establish their presence.
